Day 2

Day 2

Today we were asked to do 10 minutes of physical activity.  So I pulled out and dusted off that old treadmil.  I do not have the time to take a long walk because it is not like I live in a city or anything so I did it. I got out the treadmil and I walked for 10 minutes.  I even got my daughter motivated to walk for 10 minutes.  It actually felt so good. I want to do it again.

As I said in my earlier post, I have always had issues with my weight so the feeling that I want to get up and move physically is such a great feeling!

I think I might just do it again sooner rather than later.
