Day 2

Day 2

Today we were asked to do 10 minutes of physical activity.  So I pulled out and dusted off that old treadmil.  I do not have the time to take a long walk because it is not like I live in a city or anything so I did it. I got out the treadmil and I walked for 10 minutes.  I even got my daughter motivated to walk for 10 minutes.  It actually felt so good. I want to do it again.

As I said in my earlier post, I have always had issues with my weight so the feeling that I want to get up and move physically is such a great feeling!

I think I might just do it again sooner rather than later.

Day1


Day 1.
We were asked to find our own motivation... Real motivation. Finding my own motivation. There are a lot of things that motivate me to lose the weight and keep it off.
I want to be happier inside and out, I want to be able to run with the kids, I want to feel healthier. These are all of the reasons. i am sure that there are more.

If you are following me in this blog, then grab a pen and paper, put on your thinking cap and write down the things that motivate you to lose weight.
